Microstructural Analysis Laboratory
Microstructure analysis laboratory functions: detect the microstructure of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead, and zinc, and study the relationship between alloying elements, phase composition and alloy properties. It is the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Examining and accrediting laboratories authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China.
The main testing equipment in the laboratory: 2 Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM), 3 Metallographic Microscopes (OM) and X-Diffraction Analyzers, etc., which can observe microscopic images ranging from 50 times to 2 million times. The microstructure, phase structure and phase composition of the alloy material were determined by X-ray diffraction, energy spectrum analysis, speckle diffraction and other measurements.
