Preference will be given to applicants whose doctoral dissertation focused on areas currently under the company’s R&D initiatives, particularly those specializing in research related to the microstructure and properties of magnesium-lithium alloys, aluminum-lithium alloys, magnesium-rare earth alloys, and ultra-high-strength aluminum alloys. b. **Research Achievements:** During your doctoral studies, you should have published at least three peer-reviewed articles as the first author (or with your advisor as the first author and yourself as the second author), each with an impact factor above 2.
