Alloy Product Sales Manager

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives (performance pay tied directly to individual sales achievements).
- Total annual income is expected to range from RMB 150,000 to RMB 250,000, depending on the successful achievement of performance targets aligned with job responsibilities.

- Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products across five major regions—Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, South, and Central China (covering Nanjing, Beijing, Xi'an, Shenzhen, and Zhengzhou)—while also developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers.

**Job Application Requirements:**
a. **Educational Background & Expertise:** Candidates must hold a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in non-ferrous metal materials-related fields (e.g., Materials Processing, Materials Forming, Materials Science, Materials Physics, Materials Chemistry, Casting, Forging). Preference will be given to applicants whose doctoral dissertation focused on areas currently under the company’s R&D initiatives, particularly those specializing in research related to the microstructure and properties of magnesium-lithium alloys, aluminum-lithium alloys, magnesium-rare earth alloys, and ultra-high-strength aluminum alloys.
b. **Research Achievements:** During your doctoral studies, you should have published at least three peer-reviewed articles as the first author (or with your advisor as the first author and yourself as the second author), each with an impact factor above 2. Additionally, candidates who have actively participated in the application, execution, completion, and patent drafting of national-level R&D projects will be highly regarded.
c. **Key Skills & Qualities:**
- Solid theoretical foundation in metallic materials, with strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
- Excellent scientific writing and learning capabilities, along with outstanding communication, collaboration skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Resilient, hardworking, and possessing robust hands-on abilities. You should demonstrate strong innovation and practical problem-solving skills, enabling you to independently tackle technical challenges in the development of non-ferrous metal materials.
- Proficiency in English—must pass CET-6 with fluent spoken English.
d. **We welcome senior researchers holding full professor titles who align with the company’s R&D focus or have previously led national-level projects to join our team.**
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Salary is negotiable. In addition, you’ll receive an annual personal R&D budget of over 1 million RMB. Outstanding performers may also be eligible for equity incentives.
