High-Performance Magnesium Alloy

AZ31B alloy belongs to the Mg-Al-Zn series of magnesium alloys and is a heat-treatable, non-age-hardening alloy. It boasts moderate strength, excellent weldability, and superior machinability—making it one of the most widely used magnesium alloy grades today.

AZ40M alloy is a magnesium-aluminum-zinc-based wrought magnesium alloy that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. The alloy exhibits poor formability at room temperature but demonstrates good plasticity at elevated temperatures, making it essential to perform all forming processes while the material is heated.
