Multiple rolling mills, including the Φ550×1500 hot rolling mill, Φ500×1500 cold rolling mill, Φ200×800 AGC precision rolling mill, Φ200×500 four-roll precision rolling mill, Φ80/350×320 four-roll precision rolling mill, and the Φ250×500 combined hot-and-cold rolling mill, are complemented by heating furnaces, coilers, coil slitting machines, plate straightening machines of various specifications, and other related equipment.

Melting and Casting Laboratory: We can conduct experimental studies on vacuum or non-vacuum melting of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead, zinc, and rare earths, as well as casting processes including metal mold, water-cooled semi-continuous, sand mold, and investment casting.
Chemical Analysis Laboratory: Performing analytical testing of various metallic and non-metallic elements in non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead, and zinc.
Microstructure Analysis Laboratory: Equipped with advanced instruments such as metallographic microscopes, scanning electron microscopes (SEM), transmission electron microscopes (TEM), and X-ray equipment, we can observe material structures magnified from 50x to 2 million times. Our capabilities extend from macroscopic features visible to the naked eye down to atomic-level details, enabling comprehensive analysis of alloy materials. Through techniques like X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, and diffraction patterns, we precisely determine the microstructural morphology, phase structure, and phase composition of these alloys.
Physics Performance Laboratory: Equipped with a variety of material characterization techniques, we can test thermodynamic properties, electrical performance, magnetic properties, wear resistance, surface roughness, and film thickness.
Mechanical Properties Laboratory: We can test the tensile and compressive strength, elongation, hardness, creep resistance, and long-term strength of non-ferrous alloy materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead, and zinc—at room temperature, elevated temperatures, and low temperatures.
Corrosion and Protection Laboratory: Research on surface corrosion and protection of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum and magnesium primarily focuses on studying the corrosion behavior and mechanisms of these alloys, as well as investigating various surface treatment processes for aluminum and magnesium alloys, including passivation, anodizing, micro-arc oxidation, electrophoretic coating, chemical plating, plasma spraying, and paint coating.
Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory: Equipped with advanced techniques such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray inspection, immersion flaw detection, and magnetic particle testing, we can identify surface and internal defects—including cracks, cold shuts, inclusions, porosity, laps, and blowholes—in non-ferrous metal forgings, castings, weldments, and machined components.
Heat Treatment Laboratory: We can perform various heat treatments on non-ferrous alloy materials such as aluminum, magnesium, copper, lead, and zinc, including homogenization annealing, solid solution treatment, recrystallization annealing, and artificial aging. Alloy Processing and Forming Laboratory: Experiments on rolling, extrusion, drawing, and forging processes for non-ferrous alloys.

Production line equipment

Vacuum Melting and Casting Production Line: Medium-frequency vacuum induction melting furnace. Equipped with 13 units of vacuum melting equipment in various capacities, including 25 kg, 50 kg, 200 kg, 300 kg, 1000 kg, and 3000 kg models, capable of producing high-performance aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, and copper alloy products in a wide range of sizes and specifications.
Aluminum Alloy Melting and Casting Production Line: 500kg resistance melting furnace, 500kg electromagnetic induction melting furnace, 750kg medium-frequency induction melting furnace, 1-ton tilting resistance melting furnace, 2-ton melting furnace, and a 5-ton regenerative tilting gas-fired melting furnace.
Magnesium Alloy Melting and Casting Production Line: 2.5-ton melting furnace, crystallizers, casting machines, and other semi-continuous casting equipment. Extrusion and wire-drawing production lines featuring a 630-ton extrusion press and wire-drawing machines, complemented by annealing heat treatment furnaces, rapid induction heating furnaces, die heating furnaces, material discharge platforms, straightening machines, and related auxiliary equipment.

Forging Production Line: 1,500-ton hydraulic press, high-temperature carriage furnace, mechanical operating arms, and related equipment.
Heat Treatment Production Line: Vacuum high-pressure quenching furnaces, well-type vacuum quenching furnaces, hot-air circulation annealing furnaces, high-temperature walking-beam furnaces, and related equipment.
Surface Treatment Production Line: A range of surface treatment equipment including micro-arc oxidation, electrophoresis, chemical nickel plating, and plasma spraying.
Casting Production Line: 30-ton single-station tankless wax injection machine, electric heating steam dewaxing kettle, firing oven, as well as related equipment such as silica sol slurry coating machine, rainforest sand-spraying machine, sand mixing machine, and degassing unit.
CNC Machining Production Line: MILLTAP 700, FVP-1000A, and VMP-40A machining centers; CKNC-50H, CK6163, and CK6136B CNC lathes; A650 CNC engraving and milling machine; XH-DSK3012 CNC gantry milling machine; and XK6325 CNC milling machine.
