It can be applied to sound membrane foils and is one of the highly effective lightweight materials used in aerospace metal applications. This material is suitable for secondary load-bearing components as well as various types of boxes and housings, including electronic equipment casings, structural parts for optical instruments, skin panels, instrument dashboards, satellite rivets, honeycomb panels, heat pipes, laptop and smartphone casings, aiming devices, and their respective housings.

VW94 alloy is a high-strength, heat-resistant magnesium alloy based on the magnesium-gadolinium-yttrium-zirconium system. Typically processed through age/ solution treatment followed by aging, it is primarily used for manufacturing rolled sheets and forged components. At room temperature, its tensile strength and yield strength, as well as its high-temperature transient strength, all outperform those of the high-strength, heat-resistant magnesium alloy WE43. The alloy achieves a room-temperature strength exceeding 400 MPa and can withstand temperatures up to 350°C, making it currently one of the magnesium alloys with the best-reported mechanical properties.

Primarily used in aerospace, aviation, and defense applications where there is a strong need for weight reduction and where components must withstand extreme temperature fluctuations—such as cockpit frames, nose cones, door frames, ribs, beams, missile pylons, missile compartments, engine casings, cylinders, and gearbox housings, among other parts.

Currently, more than 90% of ADC10, ADC12, and other aluminum alloy products in both the domestic and Japanese markets are produced by recycling scrap aluminum and then using die-casting. While this approach offers a notable cost advantage, it still falls short in terms of performance and quality, failing to meet the high-performance material demands of industries such as automotive and high-speed rail.

The company can produce customized ADC series die-cast aluminum alloy round bars and large ingots, enhancing product quality and offering a viable alternative to Japanese imports as well as market products made from recycled scrap aluminum that has been re-melted and die-cast.

AZ31B alloy belongs to the Mg-Al-Zn series of magnesium alloys and is a heat-treatable, non-age-hardening alloy. It boasts moderate strength, excellent weldability, and superior machinability—making it one of the most widely used magnesium alloy grades today.
