Uniting and striving to write a new chapter, we press forward with determination toward the future—Light Alloy Institute’s 2024 New Employee Team Building Event

"Summon the lively melodies and carefree wanderings—don’t worry about life’s fleeting sorrows." Between journey stops, there were also a few mini-games: an idiom chain game played in small teams, a friendly competition to see who could skip stones across the Yellow River, and an adventurous trek into Longshan Village along its rugged, winding trails.
"This morning, everyone boarded a vehicle and headed to the ancient battlefield site of Chu River and Han Boundary in Guangwu Town, Xingyang City. Climbing up to the Hanba Two Kings’ Citadel, we listened intently as our teacher shared the thrilling tale of the Chu-Han rivalry that unfolded here over two millennia ago. Next, we walked to Liu Gong Pavilion, where the teacher explained the origins of place names like ‘Shangjie,’ ‘Xingyang,’ and ‘Sishui,’ shedding light on the unique geographical setting of Shangjie District—flanked by three mountains with a single river running through—and its pivotal role throughout history. We also paid a visit to the statue depicting neighing warhorses and took in the breathtaking view of the Honggou Canal below, the very spot that inspired the iconic chessboard-like layout of the historic Chu-Han Divide."
"When strength is combined, nothing is insurmountable; when collective wisdom is applied, nothing remains unaccomplished." As they walked through the mountains, everyone helped and supported one another, moving forward hand in hand—and together, they successfully navigated a particularly winding stretch of the trail.
“Clear streams stretch like a rainbow arching through muddy currents, while the majestic Hangu Pass sits proudly, overlooking the heartland of Central China.” In the afternoon, we first arrived at Dongguo Lake in Shangjie District to learn about and explore the rise and fall of the ancient Guo State. Afterward, we journeyed to Sishui Town—the very site where “Three Heroes Battle Lü Bu.” At the historic Yumen Ancient Ferry, we watched the Yellow River plunge toward the East Sea; in the Poetry Corridor, we paused to carefully admire the timeless verses etched by ancient poets, deeply absorbing their profound emotions. And atop Tingting Pavilion, perched high above, we gazed out across the vast expanse, marveling at the breathtaking beauty of the Yellow River bathed in the golden hues of sunset.
"Call forth the lively melodies and carefree wanderings—don’t worry about life’s fleeting sorrows." Between journey stops, there were also a few mini-games: (idiom chain game) played in small teams, a friendly competition to see who could skip stones across the Yellow River, and an adventurous trek into Longshan Village along its rugged, winding trails.
This event not only provided new employees with a deeper understanding of the region’s rich history, cultural heritage, industrial development, and future plans—but also strengthened team cohesion among them, fostering a sense of collaboration, shared success, and mutual growth that defines our company culture. Zhengzhou Light Alloy Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. will continue to unite and strive alongside all our employees, writing a new chapter of achievement and moving forward with determination toward an even brighter future!
