The Aerospace Institute's Electron Probe Microanalyzer (EPMA) officially begins operations—now offering external analysis services.

Recently, the electronic probe microanalysis instrument (EPMA) imported from Japan—purchased by the headquarters of Zhengzhou Light Alloy Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. in the High-Tech Zone (hereafter referred to as the Aerospace Institute)—has completed debugging and has officially begun operations, now offering external inspection services. As a company that hosts both the Henan Provincial High-Performance Light Alloy Innovation Center and the Henan Provincial Aerospace Light Alloy Engineering Technology Center, this new equipment will significantly enhance the company’s independent R&D capabilities. It will also accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Henan’s traditional aluminum and magnesium manufacturing industries, paving the way for the region’s transition toward a high-tech, high-value-added, and environmentally friendly alloy component manufacturing and advanced processing sector.

The Military-Industrial Power Behind the September 3rd Parade: Magnesium Alloys Help Lighten Up Weapons and Equipment

On September 3, a grand rally commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held at Beijing's Tiananmen Square. The highlight of this year's military parade included unmanned combat units, information warfare groups, hypersonic missiles, and advanced,armored forces— all of which are domestically produced, cutting-edge main battle weapons currently in service. Weapon lightweighting is a critical tactical and technical benchmark, serving as a key strategy to enhance the overall combat effectiveness of military equipment.
