Application requirements:
a. Professional requirements: The undergraduates, masters and doctorates are all non-ferrous metal materials (material processing, material forming, material science, material physics, material chemistry, casting, forging), and the research direction of the doctoral dissertation is the field that the company (institution) is developing, Among them, those who are engaged in research on the structure and properties of magnesium-lithium alloys, aluminum-lithium alloys, magnesium rare earth alloys, and ultra-high-strength aluminum alloys are preferred.
b. Achievement requirements: During the Ph.D. period, I have published more than 3 articles with an impact factor of 2 or more, and participated in the application, research, conclusion, and patent writing of national R&D projects.
c. Skill requirements: solid theoretical foundation of metal materials, strict logic, strong analysis, judgment and reasoning ability, strong scientific research writing and learning ability, good communication, collaboration ability and strong sense of responsibility; able to bear hardships and stand hard work, have a strong sense of responsibility Strong hands-on ability, strong innovation and practical ability, and the ability to independently engage in scientific research, able to solve technical problems in the process of non-ferrous metal material research and development; CET-6, fluent in spoken English.
d. R&D personnel with high professional titles who have worked with the company's (institution) R&D direction or have undertaken national projects are welcome to join.
Salary: Annual salary of 250,000 to 350,000, personal annual disposable research and development funds of more than 1 million; outstanding people can receive equity incentives; pay five insurances and one housing fund, health check-up, and provide accommodation (two rooms and one living room, you can move in with a bag).
